One of the things I love doing is creating shiny colourful art by covering shapes in layers of resin and sometimes acrylic pours too. Here's a selection of what I do. Items currently for sale are in my shop.
These framed mixed media resin artworks are created from a blend of inspiration I take from things I see, memories, and a big dose of imagination and fantasy.
Some of these pieces will be on display at the lovely Amina Malik Gallery in South Norwood (by Norwood Junction Station) from 12 October to 13 November 2021.
These colourful resin artworks use 12 inch vinyl records as a canvas (12 inches is just over 30cm). These will be added to my shop soon, but in the meantime please message me if you are interested in one.
These 7 inch vinyl single resin colourful artworks (7 inches is just over 17cm diameter!) will be added to my shop soon, but in the meantime please message me if you are interested in one.
Here are some of my CD/DVD resin art pictures (so about 12cm diameter). I use things such as beads and jewellery chains and findings in some of these colourful art pieces as well as resin (the bears are resin).
These will be added to my shop in due course.
I create these colourful artworks in the shape of animals on handcut MDF shapes. Resin art animals currently for sale are in my shop, which I am adding to often. Some of these are on display at the Paxton Centre in Crystal Palace during September 2021.
I have done some little shiny resin artwork experiments - making resin shapes in moulds and using them to create slightly wonky pictures on cardboard coasters. Message me if you are interested in one.
Here are some of the vinyl resin artworks I have sold, so please say if you'd like me to create some similar colourful art (it won't be exactly the same as resin is not that predictable!).
